What is Tabletop Cyber?

A cybersecurity simulation platform that generates realistic scenarios with AI. Every exercise is unique: you respond to incidents, analyze malware, or hunt threats in real-time generated cases.

Do I need prior knowledge?

No. Scenarios adapt to your level: beginner, analyst, or incident response. If you're new, start with low difficulty and work your way up.

Are simulations always different?

Yes. Each game is generated with AI in real time — no two exercises are the same. You can repeat the same scenario type and always get a different case.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days free on any paid plan, no credit card required. If you don't subscribe at the end, your account automatically moves to the Free plan.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering, accessing or using Tabletop Cyber (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

Note: Upon company incorporation, CIF, registered address and phone will be updated.

2. User accounts

To use the Platform you need to create an account. You declare that:

You are at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian authorization)
The information provided during registration is true and complete
You will keep your access credentials confidential
You are responsible for all activity performed with your account

Organization accounts

The Custom plan allows the creation of additional accounts linked to an organization. The organization administrator is responsible for managing those accounts and ensuring users comply with these terms.

3. Plans and payments

The Platform offers the following subscription plans:

Free: Free: Free, with limited features
Individual: Individual: €12/month (VAT not included)
Custom: Businesses, schools and organizations can request a custom plan with tailored limits and features. Contact us for more information.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel the subscription.

Note: We do not use your data for advertising, commercial profiling, nor do we sell it to third parties.

4. Free trial period

We offer a 14-day free trial for the Individual and Custom plans, without requiring payment details.

The trial is activated once per organization
During the trial you will have access to all features of the selected plan
At the end of the trial, your plan will automatically return to Free if you have not subscribed
No charges will be made during the trial period

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Engage in unlawful, fraudulent activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data or accounts of other users
Introduce viruses, malware or any harmful code
Extract, copy or scrape Platform content in an automated manner
Share your credentials with unauthorized third parties
Use the Platform for commercial purposes other than those intended

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account without prior notice.

6. Content and intellectual property

The scenarios, exercises, texts, graphics and code of the Platform are owned by Tabletop Cyber and are protected by intellectual property legislation.

License of use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the Platform for practical simulation purposes during the term of your subscription.

User content

Simulation results, statistics and progress data generated by the user are yours. You may export and retain them while your account is active.

AI Processing

User responses are processed using third-party AI services that may be located outside the EU. Do not include personal data in your responses. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe management portal or by contacting us.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Until that date, you will maintain access to the contracted plan
No partial refunds are made for unused periods
After cancellation, your plan will return to Free

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabletop Cyber shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits or business opportunities
Service interruptions due to technical or maintenance causes

Note: Tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

9. Modifications to the terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. For substantial changes, we will notify users by email at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to:

The courts of the consumer user's city of residence
For professional or business users, the courts of Madrid

You may also refer to European online dispute resolution platforms in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013.
